We were in the restaurant tonight at the bar. One of the employees who was not working was sitting at the bar next to me. The bar tender spent the better part of the time we were there complaining about people being there to him. If she is a bartender and dependent on tips she shouldn't complain about the customers who come in to PAY her and provide income to the restaurant that pays her SALARY. This was a PITIFUL representation of a Hal Smith restaurant and we won't go back to this location because of this bartender making us feel so unwelcome and unwanted. We would have stayed and had a 2nd beer but after listening to her it was clear she didn't want us there and I had to flag her down to get our tab. I wanted to take my leftovers but she didn't offer me a box. Again, a sad representation of Hal Smith restaurants and a bar tender in general.

I love to do curbside orders here. I haven't eaten in the restaurant much, but when I do, it's at the bar. I always enjoy my food, my drinks and the service. The reason I love the curbside ordering so much is because my order is actually right, and they always bring it out quickly. great location since we barely have any choices like this out here!

When they say happy hour is until 7 pm, then you better get there by 6:55 or it will not count according to Valerie at the bar. She said their bar clock is fast and refused to honor mine and my husbands beer order for the happy hour price. Thought the customer was right. Guess not at Louie's

I love this place! Everything on the menu is good, the food is inexpensive, and the service is always fantastic!

Great service and a good price considering the quality. There are enough tv's to keep you entertained while you wait for your food. And that won't be a long wait. Very attentive and personal wait staff.

Everytime I've gone to Louie's I've gone at lunch with a semi-large group and they've handled the whole group very well. We were usually at least 8 people. One time they were really busy and had to sit us at the bar which was different and although we didn't sit at a table we were still able to carry on good conversation and not feel like we were yelling. Everytime I think of the pizza at Louie's, I drool. It is major! I mean, all the food is way good. My friends got the burger and...were droolin' as well. Fantastic! Again, even though we always go at lunch time with a large group, the food doesn't take that long to come out and the service is really good. It was like all the wait staff focused on servicing all the tables and not just watching a few suffer while having to wait on large tables. I think the manager even came out and helped and brought a smile to our table. It is kind of small but it still has good atmosphere. So check it out!!

Great customer service and food! My wife and I celebrating our anniversary wanted fried pickles. Seated very quickly. Fried pickles were delicious. We ordered a club sandwich to split. We did not ask them to split it in the kitchen. Imagine our delight when our sandwich arrived already split and fries on both plates. Management checked on us and my wife never had an empty glass. On another note they had Sam Adams seasonal beer. Since Octoberfest is my favorite it was icing on the cake.

Holy sweet baby jesus! I left Edmond 4 years ago and there wasn't any Louie's back then, but I came back and I tried it. AMAZING. This is my favorite place to eat in Edmond. The prices are very reasonable too, basically only $1-2 more than Sonic and way better color.

Bomb. My server was on point. No waiting between the check fast serive and the cheeseburgers are the titts. I LOVE that they grill the bun!!! Big ups 4 star

At Louie's the food is well above-average for a 'Grill & Bar,' but the thing that puts this place over the top is the service. The entire waitstaff seems hell-bent on making sure that all tables are served well, rather than just focusing on their own individual tables. Your drinks won't go dry and even the managers will stop by your table to make sure everything's to your satisfaction. Glad to have Louie's in 'the hood!'

Meh, nothing to really say other than average bar food. Double check your orders if getting to go, they have consistently screwed up my burgers when I order them veggie patty instead of beef. Really greasy. But hey, that's Oklahoma.

First it should be noted that they have moved to Bryant and 15th. I gave it four stars instead of three simply because my wife liked it. The side salad was average. I got the grilled salmon. While the taste was very good, the portion was a tad small. I got the steamed vegetables and cup of gumbo. Wasn't really impressed with the gumbo. My wife enjoyed the chicken fried steak. The do have a couple items for kids. The service is decent. While this is probably a great grill, I am a healthy eater and so the menu is somewhat limited. I'm sure the burgers are good and the pizzas looked very good.
